Entry
The entries for the fencers have to be made directly on the website of the F.I.E. before the
Friday, 29 August 2008.
The quota in accordance with FIE decisions.
Entry fee
Entry fee – 10 euro or 15 USD for each fencer shall be paid at the moment of registration.
Age requirement
The JWC competitions are open for fencers born 1989-1995.
Competition formula
The competition formula of the FIE Junior World Cup will be used.

FIE license
Participating fencers are obliged to present a FIE license for 2008-2009 season. Fencers without
a valid FIE license will not be allowed to participate in the competition. Please check your FIE
license before you travel to Kiev.
Equipment
The fencers must have equipment in accordance with FIE’s decisions (FIE blades, mask 1600 N,
fencing dress and plastrons 800 N). Fencer's equipment shall be controlled and approved by the
equipment control before the start of the competition.
Doping control
Doping control will be effectuated according to the rules of the FIE.
Quota of referes
The federations must bring referees at least in accordance with FIE regulations:
1- 4 fencers - 0 referees, 5 - 8 fencers - 1 referee, 9 fencers or more- 2 referee.
