Age categories:
Categorie I: 40-49 Years
Categorie II: 50-59 Years
Categorie III: 60-69 Years
Categorie IV: 70 Years and over
Eligibility to compete in a particular age group is decided by accomplished age on the first day of tournament (16 May 2007). Every fencer can only start in the age group to which he or she belongs.
When fewer than 6 fencers enter a particular age group event, their event will becombined with the next nearest age group but separate results.
Accreditation:
The following documents must be presented at time of accreditation:
- Passport or Identity Card
- Licences (Every fencer has to have a national fencing licence of the respective country. The FIE licence is not obligatory)
- Discharge of Responsibility (to be signed at accreditation)

Closing Ceremony
The exact beginning times will be announced before start of tournament.
Equipment control:
Masks, electric vests, body cords and weapons are controlled. The control ofequipment will take place the day before each competition.
Formula:
According to the rules of the European Veteran Fencing Committee.

In accordance with the FIE rules.
Entry Fee:
30.00 € are to be paid per participant per weapon. The payment takes place in advance on the bank or with the accreditation in cash. Bankinformations will coming soon at internet.
Entry:
The registration can only be made by the national federation. The number of participants per federation is not limited. The federation will be informed about the acceptance of the registration after the deadline.

Referees:
Every nation with at least 5 fencers has to present one qualified referee for all four competition days. From 10 ore more fencers are two referees to expence. For every missing referee a charge of 250.00 € has to be paid in advance by national federation.

Int. Gala Dinner:
To the international Evening is ordered dinner, music and showprogramm. The price for the entire evening (excl. beverages) amounts to 50.00 € and is to be paid at accreditation.
