WHITE LADY EPEE TOURNAMENT



The Estonian Fencing Federation and fencing club En Garde invite to participate in 36-th edition of White Lady Epee Tournament.


The competition is open to all fencers from Nordic countries.


Date and place: 29.07.2006. Haapsalu. Spordihall by the Stadium, Lihula mnt. 20
Place for the finals (4 competitors each weapon) is still open.


General rules: the competition will be run by Directoire Technique appointed by The Estonian Fencing Federation, in accordance with the FIE fencing regulations. The safety rules about the equipment will be those established by Nordic countries Fencing Congress.


The system: One preliminary pool followed by Direct Elimination.


Timetable: 29.07 - 10.00 Men’s epee preliminaries
14.00 Women’s preliminaries


Accommodation: There are several hotels and hostels in town, with the price range from 200.- to 500.- Estonian crowns per person. Also there is a limited number of budget rooms available at the sportschool.


Transport: There is a frequent bus-service from Tallinn Bus-Station, buses generally leaving within every hour, costing about 75.- crowns a ride.
