Teams representing cities or clubs in Germany and other countries. Participants must have been born between the years 1989 and 1993, inclusive.  Fencers need a valid health certificate not more than one year old and either an FIE card or a valid "Sport Pass" of the sort usual in their country.

11. Format:		
- Pre-round (pools) of 5 or 6, team competitions (everyone against everyone) 
- Direct eliminations, round of 16, with byes, no repechage, fence-offs for place ranking if needed 
- Finals/direct eliminations, round of 8. No fence-off for third place. 
- Fencing will follow the Stafetten system
                                    
12. Liability:	           	
The organizers accept no liability.
13. Appeals:    	
By participating in the tournament, fencers agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the DFB. 
14. Remarks:      	
- All participants will receive a certificate and a prize.
- The winning team will receive the City Cup, which they may hold for 1 year. The Cup must then be returned, to be passed on to the winners of next year’s City Cup. 
- A vendor selling equipment will be present at the venue. Food will be available for purchase. 
- Participants may stay with local families (see point 16 below) and may train at the Mosbach club during the week before the competition. 
15. Directors:       	
Each team must either bring a director with them, or inform the organizer IN GOOD TIME that they need one. 
16. Accomodation:		
If they so desire, participants may stay with families of local fencers. A small contribution to help pay for meals would be appreciated if participants eat with their hosts.
