EFC pyytää jäsenmailta ehdokkaita EFC:n työryhmiin (commissions) toimikaudelle 2013-2016.

Työryhmät ja nimetyt puheenjohtajat:
- Competitions Commission: Evgeniy Tsoukhlo (RUS)
- Coach and Education Commission: Octavian Zidaru (ROU)
- Promotion Commission: Ana Valero-Collantes (SWE)
- Referees Commission: Vladimir Shklar (ISR)
- Medical Commission: Nuala McGarrity (IRL)
- Technical Commission (SEMI): Pascal Tesch (LUX)
- Veterans Commission: Max Geuter (GER)
- Handicapped Fencing Commission: Krisztián Kulcsár (HUN)
- Athletes Commission: Krisztián Kulcsár (HUN)
- Women and Sport Commission: Marja-Liisa Someroja (FIN)

EFC:n työryhmätyöskenetelystä kiinnostuneitä henkilöitä pyydetään lähettämään alla pyydetyt tiedot liiton toiminannjohtajalle viimeistään pe 2.8.2013. SM5L hallitus käsittelee aihetta kokouksessaan 14.8. ja tekee päätökset Suomen ehdokkaista.

Information Letter no. 24-2013

Dear Member Federations,
we invite all federations to propose until 31.08.2013 (deadline) candidates for the EFC/CEE commissions and we kindly ask you to respect the following criteria which will give our COMEX the chance to select the best persons and also give us the chance to include many member federations in the future work:

• declared competence in chosen area of activity
• declared experience in the past in that area
• declaration of their availability and commitment in case of nomination

SM5L:n hallitus on nimennyt kaksi ehdokasta EFC:n tuleviin työryhmiin. Lena Tallroth-Kock on ehdolla kilpailutyöryhmään ja Jan Bade veteraanityöryhmään. EFC:n jäsenmaat ovat asettaaneet ennatysmäärän ehdokkaita, eniten ehdokkaita on kilpailutyöryhmään. EFC:n päätökset saadaan syksyn aikana.

Big interest for Commissions

Until the deadline 31.08.2013 the EFC/CEE Office has received 86 candidates proposals for the 10 commissions/councils from the total of 28 European Federations. Most of the proposed candidates are interested in the Competition commission with 15 requests, followed by the Referees Commission with 12 candidates. For all commissions 6 candidates will be accepted, including of course at least one female candidate, plus one reserve member. The COMEX will decide in due time about the final constitution of the commissions.
